The location was unbeatable, just steps from the Colosseum! We loved the comfy pillows & well-organized room. Only downside was the shower screen not keeping water in, so we had to use towels 😊

Really enjoyed our 4 nights stay. The staff were ready to help, and always with a cheerful greeting. The location was amazing - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was placed within 20 km of the airport.

A lovely hotel with excellent service from the staff.

One small frustration was the lack of plug sockets on either side of the bed, made charging devices somewhat inconvenient. The marble bathroom floors were quite slippery, and without a shower door, water ended up all over the floor, leading us to be extra cautious. Finally, the absence of adequate parking caused us a bit of stress, as we spent a significant amount of time searching for a spot far from the hotel.

We were upgraded to a double room with a view on check in.

Loved the unique entrance through the grand wooden doors. It felt special right from the start. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The guesthouse is beautifully renovated, fresh and clean throughout. The host, Fabrizio, was super helpful, providing clear instructions for entry and ensuring we had everything we needed. Comfy pillows. Only a couple of small issues, the shower was open, so water splashed everywhere. The electric sockets near the bed didn't work, but that didn't really impact our stay. Can't wait to return!

Not far from major attractions, the guesthouse was a good find with a modern, immaculate room and cold A/C. The host was accommodating, arranged transport and providing recommendations for local dining. A small note for first-time visitors, the building lacks clear signage from the outside.

Well-designed, clean room and fast express check-in. Paid shuttle was overpriced.
